Mark Zweig, Inc., designs, develops, and builds high-quality housing throughout the Fayetteville, Arkansas area. With roots in doing speculative historic, gut-to-the-studs renovations in walk-to-town and campus locations, the firm expanded in the late 2000s to new infill housing, rental housing, and eventually, to working for a very select group of clients.
We strive to create unique public works of art that are efficient, low-maintenance, and comfortable homes to live in. We strive to create homes that could have been there for decades—ones that fit into their surroundings. We use traditional materials, proven methods, and the best craftsmen and subcontractors in our area.
Talk to anyone who lives in a MZI home and they will tell you that not only is it thoughtfully designed and a great place to live, but we also stand behind our work.
